Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Chicago, IL, Site Solutions, LLC is a family-owned and -operated business specializing in the deployment and integration of enterprise-scale security and surveillance systems. Through established partnerships with vendors like Axis, Firetide, Bridgewave, Radwin, Genetec and ONSSI, we're able to combine the best-in-class technologies of those recognized industry leaders with our extensive expertise.

What sets us apart in this competitive field is our focus on delivering uncompromising quality via our collective engineering skillset. Our core team includes former members of the Avrio Group, one of America's largest providers of comprehensive surveillance solutions for the public safety market. Together they've worked as lead design engineers on dozens of security, surveillance and maintenance deployments for major cities and municipalities. As part of Site Solutions, they've parlayed their knowledge and experience into successful, future-proof systems integrations for the City of Buffalo, NY, the City of Pittsburgh, PA, the City of St. Paul, MN and the City of Denver, CO among many others.

Site Solutions, LLC takes a holistic approach to systems integration and likewise offers a full range of professional services to that end. These services fall into four distinct but related categories: maintenance, network engineering, sales and training.

Maintenance

Our maintenance strategy is to be proactive rather than reactive. Not only do we get the job done right the first time, we also work to identify and correct any potential issues before they arise. This minimizes the risk of downtime significantly. As a result, our customers benefit from lower costs for maintenance services, optimal network performance and increased scalability.

What exactly does that look like on the ground? We actively monitor networks for prospective issues and take action immediately. We routinely audit hardware and software performance for more effective remote troubleshooting. We respond rapidly to high-priority tickets and can be onsite by the next business day if necessary.
